Im thinking about getting a 5 spot ground block for all my lights and winch isolator. 5 negative wires on the chassis ground looks like a cluster. With everything on at one time im looking at 25amps max, probably be rare all on at one time. Would 10 gauge work?

So you want to run a short wire from the ground stud to a terminal block, and attach the individual grounds to the block?
For a short run, a #12 wire would be sufficient, especially since you'll rarely submit it to a full load.
