Why different price for same option on some 22s?

Looked at 2 JTRs online. Both are 22's. Compared the window stickers and even though they are almost identically optioned, some options on one are cheaper than on the other. For example, Hardtop is 1695 on one, 1595 on other. Cold weather grp 1145 on one, 995 on other. Furthermore, base price is 48025 vs 47260. As stated, these are both 22's. Both Rubi's. I went thru both window stickers carefully and there are no apparent differences except for pricing. Did Jeep raise the price of JT's and options midyear? After adding everything up, its a significant difference in price between the 2 same optioned trucks.
Sorry if this is common knowledge here and Im beating a dead horse. Im kind of just starting out on my research for these.

Might be when they were ordered/built. I ordered my '22 in December and prices went up after the new year. just a guess.

Yup - build dates. Price increases, supply chain issues, inflation, you name it. I found differences just a month apart on the Jeep build your jeep pages.

I have also found that combinations of groups changes pricing as well. I built a 2022 Overland online and the tow package - $0 - because I chose other options.

Found it strange that the same optioned vehicle had over a 2k price difference. Now I know.
FWIW, I will be checking on the lesser priced one first. They are both new 2022's. Build date dont mean squat to me....

The only time the build date might matter is if there's any problem down the road. But then, most don't ever need to worry about that.
It's new, it's a 22 - save money.

Yes. Price increase. Some manufacturers raise them multiple times a year, even monthly which is why any time you order a vehicle get a guarrantee that they will stick to the MSRP etc at order and not the MSRP when it arrives. Some dealers tell people that they are subject to the new price upon arrive as the dealer invoice changes when manufacturer increase prices and dealer is charged by manufacturer when custom order arrives.
