Will it fit?

Looking at buying a new set of wheels and tires for my 22 JTR. I want to go with 37 inch tires.

JTR will be on the stock suspension for a while until I decide which lift to get.

Looking at the Welds Ledge W106 17s and Cooper AT3 XLT 37x12.50r17

Question:

Should I go with the (4.5BS -12 offset) or (5BS 0 offset)? Any changes of either rubbing at full lock? I don't mind the tires sticking out of the fenders a bit.

MOST places that make lifts suggest a 4.5" back space. Some are less. So go with the 4.5".
