I know most people go the other way on this, but I'm looking for a stiffer ride on my Mojave and my shocks are ready to be rebuilt anyway. I found a great deal on a Rubicon suspension and was just curious if the shocks would bolt right up or not. Thanks!

They are under damped, short stroke, cheap garbage shocks that are far softer than the mojave shocks. If you like a firm ride and want a cheap replacement go bilstein 5100s. The bolts are larger on the mojave shocks so you'll have to swap shock bushing sleeves out either way.

Thank you. I appreciate the feedback. I was just going off my older wranglers that I always put Rubicon shocks on. I'll look into the Bilsteins.

For the first few model years, the Rubicon Gladiators came with some Fox shocks that people did not seem to be a fan of. Newer Rubicons now have the red Tenneco shocks that have traditionally been on Wrangler Rubis. If that's what you're used to the newer Red Rubicon shocks may suit you. YMMV

Okay, I've decided to go with the red Rubicon shocks because of the deal I got on low mileage takeoffs ($50 for shocks, springs and loads of other stuff I don't need). Next question is on the front ones...What is the easiest way to get 14mm sleeves into the front shocks to mount them. It seems both top and bottom bolts are 14mm, I haven't removed them yet, but did put a caliper on them yesterday (in the rain, so I didn't take my time). Thanks for the help guys!

Well I got everything switched out pretty easily. The front 2 shocks had 14mm bolts top and bottom, but the rears were a direct swap with the 12mm bolts. I just drilled out the front sleeves on the shocks and everything is good to go. I figured I would post what I did in case anyone else needs the information.
Thanks!

Nice! Out of curiosity, how's the ride?

It's what I wanted. A bit stiffer than the Fox shocks. Mostly it's what I have been used to having on all my Wranglers over the years.
