Pennsylvania Winch Plate for Mopar Steel Bumper

I have an unused off-brand winch plate for the JT or the JL. It's supposed to be good for up to a 12k winch. This is for the Mopar steel bumper, the backing/support plates for the hawse look like they match the contour.
