Wire LED strip into overhead courtesy light

I want to hardwire an LED strip light into one of the four overhead courtesy lights. How do I get inside there? Seem like the panel might just pull off but my 2021 Gladiator is 2 days off the lot! Don't want to bust anything just yet!!.

It's held in with clips. No screws. You'll have to pull down on it. Most times you can do it without breaking anything, LOL.
