Wolfbox can't connect to wifi help

Installed the Wolfbox g900 tripro. Everything works great except trying to connect my phone. Wolfbox will not connect through wifi and when it tries to android auto disconnects. If I use a wired connection to the radio would this solve the problem? I really only use android auto when traveling for google maps. I assume I can still use uconnect for cell phone use. Anyone else have this issue and what did you do to solve it?

Did you do the decrypt/format thing to the SD card? Mine does this sometimes but as long as I can still lock videos I don’t worry about it overly much.

I had the same ossue. I did some research and found out the following. Wolfbox G900 Pro does not connect to regular wifi like normal devices other that it own with your personal cell phone.
if anybody knows anything different, please let me know.
