I got mine installed last week (once the blue tinted ones were back in stock). Install was easy, I didn't reuse the metal tabs (what are they for?) that were on the old mirrors, if only because I didn't see an easy way to get them off without damage..
The passenger side is a small but noticeable improvement. On the driver's side it's a bit disorienting, kind of like trying to get used to a new glasses prescription. I imagine it will ease over time just like it does with glasses, but I haven't driven the truck much since. But the field of view is much better. Unlike some others I had no trouble adjusting the mirrors far enough out. Haven't tried them at night yet.
