I spent several days debating the same thing, not much cost difference between a quality leveling kit with shocks and this overall kit, + this carries the warranty from the factory (probably requires dealer install, but I figure it would be an easier argument than with aftermarket if something happens) - I put the 2" on my JK and was VERY pleased with it
