My used gladiator came with oracle flush taillights. One works. One doesn’t. I’d love to put the stock ones back on. Anyone have some sitting round they’d part with?
Yeah it is my dd.
I contacted oracle. Tech support was awesome, but ultimately indicated I’d need a warranty claim.
Customer service was ultimately unhelpful, saying the warranty doesn’t transfer. To be fair that is their warranty statement. Just kinda sucks that $500 lights (that I didn’t have to buy) crapped out with no support. Honestly. I’m going back to OEM and think I’ll steer clear of Oracle in the future.
Ah that sucks. Mine is Dd as well. I was going to say if the lights can be fixed I’ll just do a straight swap with you. If I can nd up going with some aftermarket I’ll give you a holler. Meantime check the pik a parts. It’s Arizona. There will be a few wrecked jeeps out there.
Sorry to hear you ran into issues with the tail lights! Unfortunately our warranty does require the original order information since it’s tied to the original purchaser. That helps us verify the product and process replacements correctly.
That said, we definitely don’t want you stuck with a non-working light. If you want to shoot us a message, we’d be happy to see what we can do to help you get back up and running. Our current inventory is an updated V2 version of the Gladiator tail lights, and we may be able to help you out with a discounted replacement set if you decide to stick with them along with a new 2-year warranty!
