I’m located in Waynesboro, VA. I have one for sale but it has the sensor holes. Not sure if you’re absolute on not having those (blanking plugs?) It doesn’t have lights or hitch electronics. It’s in great shape.

That's not a 'steel bumper' as defined in the Gladiator world.
Only the Rubicon left the factory with a "steel bumper".
The sport had the mostly plastic bumper over a thin metal backbone.

I have one that I'm about to post for sale, no sensor holes.
Comes with bed sides protection, hitch etc if you're still looking.
EDIT: Forgot to say, but I'm in CA though, and shipping it won't be of reasonable pricing for a private party that doesn't have a FedEx account.. Hmm
