Just looking to trade my stock Mojave wheels straight up for some stock Willy's wheels.

Tires can be swapped too (just to keep it simple) as long as the mileage is similar within reason, and everything is intact (TPMS included, no holes or patches, etc).

PM if you want pics or anything. They're just the plain black Mojave wheels shown here:

The Mojave wheels have a different (lower) offset than the Willys wheels. Just wondering if there will be any clearance issues. The Willys also came with different size tires.

Hmm, I read that the Willy's and Mojave both had 17 x 7.5 wheels, so I didn't figure the offset would make a difference. That's a good point about the tires though - maybe swapping wheels only would be easier.

The Mojave wheels have a different offset so they clear the Fox shocks on the Mojave. You might have clearance issues with the Willys wheels. The Mojave wheels are positioned a little further out.

A set of wheel spacers would address this though, right?

Willy's model comes with a smaller tire...255/75/R17.
Depending on what month your Mojave was born (before or after 6/7/21) the TPMS sensors are different...

The Mojave factory wheel offset is +37. The Willys is +44. There will be no spacers needed or clearance issues going from the Mojave to the Willys. The Mojave wheel will (by measurement) sit slightly outward compared to the stock Willys wheel well by a little over a quarter of an inch. That is .27 of an inch to be exact. Keep in mind these figures are for the factory wheels alone. Tire sizes can change things quite a bit as far as clearance goes. I have seen a few Sport, Willys and Overland owners going with Rubicon or Mojave new factory take-off wheel/tires as upgrades at a reasonable price point.
