1.5" steel frame
.125 alum sheet for the enclosure panels

It worked really good, but my second design was going to use extruded alum for the frame. Theres a thread on TacomaWorld about building your own GFC. Would need to adjust dimensions for the gladi, but still easy enough to do with the right tools and a little know-how.

Wow that looks really good!

I'm decently confident I could make something similar to this, its the pop up part & sewing the tent fabric that I'm not so sure about.
