XKGlow side markers

I recently installed a set of XKGlow side markers. They replace the black plastic vent on the front fenders. They come in a simple running/turn or running/turn/RGB configuration. I went with the RGB version because I was able to get 25% off on that model.

The install is pretty involved because you have to remove the fenders. Not really that bad, but intimidating the first time you start pulling on the fender to separate it from the clips. I also have replacement fender markers that included a complete wiring harness to the fender connection. So I tapped into that harness and did not have to tap the OEM harness. I also have the controller stuffed into the gap of the battery for now. I will relocate inside the vehicle once the weather warms up.

The running light and turn signal are very bright and will make anyone you are turning toward take notice.

I am also attaching some videos of them in action. Video quality isn’t the best, but it shows the function. You can set the outer RGB color to any color by using your camera on your phone and scanning an object of the color you desire.

This is actually an interesting product. Any pics of it during the day? I’d be concerned with quality on a brand I’ve never heard of.

XKGlow is a well known brand. They make very heavy duty Marine lighting and their controllers are some of the best out there.

I only have a daytime picture with the light off. I will get one with the turn signal in the daytime.

I can take pics of the outside. The build quality of these is solid. I was amazed at how much they actually weigh. They are far more durable than the OEM pieces and the entire backside is some type of acrylic or epoxy compound. I have the RGB version so the non RGB version is probably a bit lighter. The RGB portion is around the outer edge. It will be obvious what I mean once I get some daytime pics.

I know its been a while…. How are these holding up? I originally stumbled upon the Oracle side turn signals, but I’m not a fan of the ‘stick on’ plastic.

This is perfect….. Your link shows the bluetooth version - is that what you got?
I’d be more interested in the non-bluetooth version. I think my photo shows it?

When your lights are ON - are both lights on all the time? and only flash when using the blinkers?
When your lights are off - are these completely off?

I’m guessing the bluetooth version allows you to change the light color of both the center & outter light?
