Is anyone running the XTR-1 Rack with the factory Mopar cover? I researched before purchasing and read that it was compatible. I have the rack installed but the cover is too wide at the front of the bed. Folding up the sides of the cover would not fix the problem as the plastic underneath the twill would have to be trimmed almost an inch to fit between the front posts of the rack.

I also can’t slide the rack down any further due to the tonneau cover hooks installed at the rear of the bed. I know most covers intstall on the gladiator the same way, so I’m curious if anyone has had this problem. Figured i would ask before i began modifying the bed cover or ordering a new rack. I’ve attached pictures for reference.

I had an Adarac on my Ram 1500 that I loved. When I got my JT, it had the factory cover. I ordered an Adarac and optioned to get their cover to replace the mopar cover. it fits inside the rack and I like it better than the stock one. Much more secure locking system.

did you figure out a way to remedy this or did you have to get a different rack?
