Same... frustrating but understandable given the times.

With the top off and all the doors off, can someone verify which one has the tighter seal? From all the pictures, it looks like the mopar has a tighter seal.

If anyone has any thoughts on the above, great, if not see below:

I am reading that the mopar cab covers are 'water resistant' and the raingear cab covers do not say officially water proof.
My question is does anyone make a cab cover that is 100% water proof?
I can get whole truck covers that are waterproof for under $120 but i prefer to have a smaller, easier to carry in the truck cab cover.

It is fully waterproof never had water come through the fabric, though water will pool up in the middle really bad unless you put something there to prevent that. That being said its a super tight fit and it is easy to miss a corner sometimes. thats how I ended up ripping out my carpet.

Thanks eaglerugby04, to be sure, which one do you have? The Mopar or the rain gear?

Mopar. If I had to do it again I would get the rain gear since it gives a little more room to go over the soft top than the mopar does

Currently looking to get a cover, mainly for overnight while i have the doors off, but will likely have my soft top still on. Is there any big benefit of the rain gear cover over a full car cover? Looks like I can get a full cover for roughly the same price if not a little cheaper, while also giving my whole car protection from sun, pollen, etc. If anyone has any experience with any full car covers for the gladiator let me know....

I was thinking the same thing.
I can get a 100% waterproof truck cover (xTremeCoverPro)for $99 or $119 shipped. I am leaning more this way because no matter what door/roof combo, I am always covered (pardon the pun)and don’t have to worry about whether or not the cover can reach the bottom of the doors.
The only drawback I see is the cover will obviously take up more space when rolled up, but I have a truck bed to hide that in!

Probably a better path to go honestly except for storing it. The mopar cover fits behind the seat.
