I wanted to name my dog Shi-thead, so I think that makes me ineligible to name my JT. Nicknames usually come out after a failure. 5 years and no nickname is a good sign. My Crown Vic, I call POS.

I inherited a 1930 Model A Sedan Delivery from my dad and everything imaginable has gone wrong with me getting it back on the road. It’s nickname is Murphy. Lol

Every time I put it in reverse after sitting and it gives me that hard clunk I give it several names.

My father-in-law has a 1929 model A (Murphy). I love to have it, but I know too much about it. He lives with the fuel leak and a cracked block ( water jacket). I'd have to repair both before I would drive it. It comes the standard immobilizer, if you know what I mean.

That would be a good thread too. "Who talks to their JT?"

Hah. Yeah. Most thieves wouldn’t be able to steal any stock model a without a flatbed. They wouldn’t be able to start it or drive it. I know what you mean about the fuel leaks. Especially, with where the gas tank is located. On my to do list is to fix my gas gauge. I installed it wrong and it leaks if I put I more than a half tank.
