I'd say that's pretty good for a Sport S w/max tow, that can't be too far off MSRP. I think the highest I ever got a sport S up to in the configurator on jeeps website was only 54k
Mine is a Sport only, no power window/lock with tiny stereo screen. That's all we can afford at that time. I dug my old file and sticker was $41395. With end of year or employee discount(?) it was $38376. I have to still haggle with pricing because they wanted to charge me with "add ons". I left and got a call the following day and said all add ons will be removed. So the otd was $41287 (tax and dmv fees). They were mad, hahaha, coz they did not make extra $ on finance. We paid cash.

So it’s two model years old, has XX,XXX miles, it looks like you can get more than you paid for it, and that’s not enough?

Last week I got the following for my ‘21 Max Tow with 24k miles:

Carvana - $33,500
Vroom - 36,700

MSRP: $42,100
Carvana quote now is $29,700. Sport only, max tow, auto tranny, 10, 700 miles. That's a big difference, tho yours have better options. I'd try carmax, then maybe sell it privately. Wife sending me a hint- she wants her new Tesla. So if I do this I have to make more $. Ayayay!

Good for you! I Years ago when I moved here, it was a safe city. Now it has turned ghetto, unfortunately. I don't dare leave my windows down nor leave top off. Oh well, at least our drive to work is only 4 miles. I used to drive 70 miles one way, 3 days a week. Happy truckin!

I'm greedy. Lol. I'd rather make some profit IF I could. Others did. Although carvana's is a low offer.....

Rainy afternoon and nothing to do. So I checked kbb value of my G. Too bad I could not add max tow pkg and best top bimini in the option section. It looks like the value is low right now per kbb.
I am still contemplating on whether to sell or keep. Really the main reason I bought it is to tow a travel trailer or old boat, but I no longer have our tt. We have an SUV to pull old red to the lake.
Have you recently sold your G or other jeep lately?

Kbb value is over inflated.

Yea we have some issues around here but for the most part they are just quick smash and grabs looking for things they can get and pawn I suppose. I don't keep anything in the Jeep so its not like there is anything there to steal other than the truck.

My 2020 Max Tow base with 57,000 miles on it and the dealership offered me $38,000 for it when I was getting the battery fixed 2 weeks ago. Mines got lift, winch, front and rear bumpers and 37's but I'm all in on it with everything at right at $40,000. I'm keeping mine though

Holy guacamole! That's way better offer than I got from carvana. I added $3500 worth of accessories- upgraded wheels(take offs), airbags, best top sunrider, Bed cover, bed horizontal bars with yakima bike racks, side steps, led headlamps and tail lamps. Looked at my invoice again, I actually paid $41900 otd plus aftermarket accessories.

If you go to a dealership that knows the market and knows what they are looking at you can come out better. The old saying that adding aftermarket parts doesn't add value is only true at a dealership or place that doesn't care to pay you for it. Sure you may not get all of it back but Hendricks in Concord always likes to have a few lifted jeeps on their lot and they know they can get what they are asking for them. Someone who doesn't want to mess with doing the add on's will pay for the convenience of having them already on.

I was OTD on mine at $37,100 then about $5,000 worth of add on's so all in $42,100 roughly

True. Carmax and dealer, then I'll sell privately. I think the latter will be best base on what figures I am going to get from the first two.
Hoping I'll have the same luck with the sale of my tt. I had it for one year and sold it in 4 days after posting on Craigslist. I made $3.5k!

I think Wranglers and now Gladiators are among the few vehicles that the mods do add value because its a broad appeal. But like everything else it isn't a dollar for dollar return.
