Well went to pick up my rubicon to only find out they have the Fox Shocks on back order. Shipped it with Mopar shocks. Fox will be in about two weeks.

Now you'll have 2 sets of shocks to sell when you put a lift on LOL

Interesting... I would love to know the part number on these. 2 Questions, 1st, will they be installing the foxes for you? 2nd, will they let you keep the Mopar Shocks? This could be problematic for anyone ordering out of state and picking it up. The chances another dealership would honor free work seems slim.
1. I’m gonna put different shocks on before the Fox shocks show up. So I will selling these as new in the box.
2. They are doing a warranty claim ticket so they will more than likely keep them.

They are for sure going to gove you the new fox shocks no extra cost? Did jeep have any paperwork for you to sign saying you will receive them?

Word on the street is the 23’s will receive the red Mopar Shocks moving forward. It’s a little saddening. Hopefully dealers will work with the early deliveries who were under the belief that we’d received fox.

Editing to add, the 2023 Rubicon's get "Red Tenneco Shocks" as opposed to the 2022 "Fox Performance Shocks." Mojave's retain Fox bypass shocks. Tenneco is a huge OEM brand, and owns Rancho.

My build sheet just populated about an hour ago and it's day 4 in the Production phase. So mine might be done tomorrow or Monday and the window sticker should follow.
