While I do sympathize with you, for what it’s wort, my 2004 TJ has been my only ride for 17 years so I’ve been “waiting” for at least a decade. ?So depressing. Not sure if anyone has had a longer wait than me. Currently sitting at E status for 12 days. Was in D1 status for a bit of time too. Meanwhile, price of the truck went up, and APRs keeps going up. ?
Have you checked the other tracking sites? They might have more current status. Although, I have to say that the official Jeep site was as fast to report my build was complete and any of the others. Another step that might take more time are things like the spray-in bed liner. They send the truck off to a special mod site for options like that. In any case, being in build for 11 days is a long time. I suggest you call your dealer because they have much better visibility tools than we do. Your salesperson is supposed to work for you. Mine gives me screen shots of what they see on their systems, including its status code. There are dozens of codes that tell you is it's delayed, damaged & in repair, etc. There is a thread here that tells you what all the codes mean too. You shouldn't feel you're bothering them. I recommend you go in and ask them to bring your truck's status up on their screen and show it to you. You need that code. Good luck!

From the data I’ve seen, I’m pretty convinced that FCA/Jeep intentionally obfuscates the data they release on the publicly accessible tracker. Look closely enough at jeeptracker.com’s stats over a few hours and a few days and you’ll see the consistencies peppered with some anomalies. I was focused on the very few Selec-tracs and the Koons destinations. Some days tracked well, other times it didn’t match up with my most recent status change. From a MFGR point of view, it would make some sense to do this to deter competitors from learning certain production details. Not to mention there are probably UN-intended anomalies as well.
