Just got a delivery update after the delivery date went to TBD after being shipped. Was originally 11-20, now is 10-24!!!

I'm done with Koons.

They won't release my truck unless I do a credit app or I'll have to wait 48-72 hours to take delivery.

This corporate BULLSHIT was not disclosed at the time I placed the order or my deposit.

I'm tempted to contact legal counsel, the BBB and the FTC about this. Maybe even the Admins of the forum because their sponsorship is intensionally leaving out key details.

I'm fucking furious.........NEVER again. Koons could offer me a free vehicle in the future and I'd tell them to eat a dick and choke on it.

After I take delivery........ every fuckin place I can leave a review I will. I will get the truth of their shady corporate bullshit out there. Since I'm also a 100% disabled & retired veteran I will ensure everyone in the military community is aware. If they're willing to pull this shit on me (educated and experienced in the auto industry) I can only imagine how they will railroad junior enlisted service members.

I'll get my HV JTM tomorrow......but the fun begins following that. Not threats.......promises

Awww, this really sucks to hear. Did they cite specifically why they are requiring the credit app? Or how exactly the delay satisfies said requirement?

They said corporate requirements, which was not proved at the time of contact/agreement.......fuckin slim shady BS.

They tried to use the Patriot Act BS but I shut their ass's down when I knew it verbatim in regards to auto sales.

I was walking around a random lot yesterday, thought why not just look since I’m still waiting, 16 day is E1 status.

Who knows maybe the 22’s have some great deals right now. Plus this lot had a heavy inventory or all colors and trims of gladiators and wranglers. As I was walking the lot thought to myself, “hmm weird, I’m not being harassed!”
Then I saw a few of the window stickers ???, and ran back to my car.

Ill just keep waiting for my invoice gladiator ?
I did not get window stickers of the two custom jeeps. Didn’t think there was a point to even look.

Anyway I went with Gupton and literally cannot say enough good stuff about them….. and I absolutely hate car dealers. Anyway I’m glad you’re getting your truck tomorrow man!

So that 68K retail would have been 58K at Gupton, so that 83K price is a 30K markup. ballz to that.

I say that because my 58K at Gupton was 68K retail.

Maybe i should just pick up my Gladiator, throw a lift and fancy wheels on it and put a 99K for sale sign on it.

Yeah my drive was about that with all my gas stops. You’ll have it tomorrow and this experience will be in the rear view. I do agree with sharing your personal experience with everyone though.

Another update from my post on # 636 and 638…………. My jeep arrived at Peterson Dodge and Jeep in Nampa Idaho last Thursday night, and I’m still getting emails from two different trackers, saying to be determined (TBD ). I just thought I’d let you guys know how things go sideways with the trackers like you guys have warned me that they do.
