Bought my 2022 Mohave about a month ago and installed the UConnect and My Jeep apps.

Shortly after initial install, I got a recall notification. I looked it up, there was nothing. So, I mentioned it to dealer, they had no idea and said there were none. Wrote it off as new app glitch.

Well, I just got another one, but when I sign in and goto recalls, it still says none.

Anyone else have this experience?

Where did you look it up? NHTSA doesn't track what Jeep calls "recalls" but are more of a "RRT" or rapid response transmittals to fix big problems that aren't technically a recall in NHTSA's eyes.
The dealer needs to connect to your vehicle (or plug in your VIN) and if there are any RRTs, that should show up.
But don't look on the web for "recalls" as some things won't show up that way.

That is indeed a recall, not a RTT. That's a "get it in here and fix it" and they must report to the feds the total vehicles manufactured with the issue, the number remaining unfixed, and those that have been fixed to date and they have to report monthly as I recall.

In the app, there is a recall tab. I went in and it says none.

Don't get me wrong, I'm glad there aren't any. It's just unnerving to get a text-like pop up notification saying there is one.

If it happens again, I'll do a screen grab first. Once I click it, it dissappears and opens the app.

My Jeep app. Maintenance, top right of the page, Recalls. Safety Recalls, and Campaigns.
My Mopar app has it in the same location.

I never get notified for a recall for some reason. Is a TSB different from a recall? They did do a flash for my radio last oil change and something else I can’t remember at the moment. I’ll remember two days from now.

In the app, there is a recall tab. I went in and it says none.
Can't prove it, but I'd bet that is for actual recalls and not RTTs, etc. It gets confusing when some parts of the Jeep structure call things recalls that aren't recalls according to the strictest definition or by NHTSA definitions.
I have a dealership invoice showing no charge for a PCM update and it was called a RECALL and yet my truck never had any recalls, none, nada, not a one. It was an RTT. Rapid Response Transmittal - it is more like a message to the dealer "if you find one of these vehicles in the VIN list, take this action". You will never get a recall notice because it's not.
So what some call a recall - isn't a recall so won't show up in any app or internet search.
My PCM update wasn't a recall and yet Jeep and the dealer treated it as one. It was never listed in any app or NHTSA's site.
When the dealer shop plugs their OBD reader into your truck, it checks to see if your VIN exists in any recall OR RTT.
If the VIN is in an RTT, your papers will show recall - and yet it's not a true recall.

Recall involving seat belts is new
Yes, THAT is a recall - and as recalls go, sometimes you'll find them like this but otherwise, they are hiding until a few days go by. NHTSA doesn't always have TSBs., RTTs up right away - days or weeks can pass, and I've found that even a recall like that can take time to show up.

TSB = Technical Service Bulletin
A TSB simply tells the shop that STAR and engineering are aware of some issues popping up and this is what the dealer can do to resolve it. Like the steering thing - not everyone will be impacted.
It says if a customer complains of these symptoms., here's how we say you should fix it and if under warranty, here is your allowed time.
An RTT is a Rapid Response Transmittal (transmitted to the dealer like a TSB) - an RTT is more urgent - the PCM flash for the throttle motor issue was an RTT - not a recall, but told the dealer if you find any VINs in this list, fix it.

For recalls, they know the batches involved. They know what range of build dates or VINs are impacted. Like with the transmission issue with park - they knew the lots and sequence numbers of the affected transmissions so could narrow the list of alerts sent to owners.
For recalls they also must report to the feds how many vehicles were impacted, the VINs, etc. And each month they must update the feds showing the total number impacted, the number resolved so far and the number unresolved.
Think of having to do that before the modern connections between dealers and auto makers, parts depots and so on. Someone would need a stack of notepads and thousands of pencils.

Be patient - if it's the seat belt one, it's in the system and may take time to trickle down -

Jeep Gladiator Anyone else get "My Jeep" Recall notification, but there are none? 1666707339540

And the number is EXTREMELY limited!
Only a period of a couple of weeks or so is impacted - 11/22/21 - 12/9/21
Only 622 Gladiators will be affected.
No JTs made in 2022 are impacted. So again, I missed the recall thing.
If your build date is in the range above - contact the dealer.
