If it's in the transfer case you should be able to feel it in the shifter.
If it's drive line oriented it should change with road speed.

It sounds like you got new tires and are now experiencing vibrations and noise.
Look at what was done in the change.
Recheck, balance, wheel lug torque, tire pressures.
Anything touched can be done wrong.
Did you keep the same wheels or change them too?

Ah, that tidbit would have been helpful in the beginning. Somebody didnt balance the tires correctly. I had the issue when a junior person at Discount balanced my 35's. Went to the dealership and they rebalanced and all was good. Look at any of the tires over-inflated. You should be running what is in the door sill for pressure.

I do IT stuff so I can buy Jeep stuff.
You might want to check your lug nuts to see if they are all tight and torqued correctly. I don't know if the JT's are sensitive to this, but in my prior vehicle I got all kinds of vibration from the front end after every tire rotation because the dealer just hammered the lug nuts on with the impact wrench. I'd rumble home, back of the lugs a smidge and put the torque wrench on them by hand and be back to a smooth ride.

Would it come through hi lo shifter or gear shifter....I have wine when under power but not coasting. I don't feel any vibration.

Hi/Lo is mechanically connected to the transfer case, so if the transfer case is vibrating that's where it should be felt the most. Less so in the transmission shifter.
