Yup! Logs on our systems have caused all sorts of crashes and issues when the techs forget to turn them off.
assuming the radios work the same way, I don’t know why they wouldn’t, there is probably some method to turn them off / clear the cache which would clear the allocated memory, in theory.
To your point, if the radio is the central storage for the different types of errors and logs as the image you show would suggest, it may be worth either confirming they are old logs from the previous vehicle, or figure out why the current vehicle is throwing these errors.
