Service 4 wheel drive fault with locker on

I had my gears changed to 4;88 and a front Eaton E-locker installed. I can use 4 wheel drive but when I turn the locker on I get serv 4WD fault. My Jeep is a 21 sport. What could be wrong ?

Man idk I had a e locker added up front and 5:13s and no issues. But I feel your frustration. Hopefully someone else has some info.

What have you installed to activate the locker? With your locker engagement switch are there any circuits that are sent a signal when lockers are engaged? Did something happen to the 4X4 engagement mechanism on the axle during the gear change? These are the areas I would start looking for the problem. Hope your able to find the problem and post your findings.

The locker came with a switch and relay. The jeep don't even know it's there. I did look to see if the engagement device was plugged in. I might just take it out and look at it.

I found that the Service 4 wheel drive came on with out the locker also. I installed a tazer lite and reset my gear ratio. Error code U1440 showed. That means, Implausible/missing programed T-case Hi ratio. The fault is gone now and I have used 4 high and low a few times with no problems.
