Interesting. I thought I had once read or heard that when Punk'n was previously available, it was there and gone in a flash, before many people new about it.
Order banks opened for it the week of July 14th 2019, and closed the week of February 2nd 2020. It was open over 6 months. It was the first late availability color to be dropped, but after it launched, you still had a good 26-28 weeks or so to order one. It just had such a low take up they dropped it. That same week the Mojave was released at the Chicago Auto Show 2020, revealed in Punk'n, and then wasn't orderable in it. So until now, there was only the one Mojave in Punk'n.

Ok, thank you for that. You hit the nail on the head of something I'd wondered about, because I had previously scoured the web for Punk'n Mojave pics and found very very little. So, based on what you'd said, the few I found had to be from 1 or (just maybe a) few marketing team proof of concepts that they lent out for press demos, photos and such. So, I appreciate your sharing that!

Given my perceived short run of the '23 based on the strike, I'm a good bit curious what will happen with the '24 colors whenever they're announced. Still, I'm just guessing that Punk'n will be retired for now as I can't help but believe they'll pull other colors off the bench. Magic 8 ball answers anyone?

Uh, not that beggars can be choosers, but I'd really like to find one with a Mojave hood. I could always sharpie the roof to match my own black top and Sunrider! Speaking of Sunrider, I just posted a new video to give a bit of 3 dimensional perspective of installation and use of that very thing as modeled on my '23 Punk'N Mojave.

Enjoy!

How did you find out? Dealer?

Been trying to get ahold of mine, communication doesn’t seem to be his strong suit, (once he got my deposit back in August) sort of wish I went with Tri-City instead of a dealership local to my home…. Is what it is now…

Yes. Call from the dealer. The Jeep site doesn't update at all, and the dealer only gives me bad news. ?

Are you familiar with this order tracking tool:
https://www.jeep.com/trackyourorder.html#/landing

I used it on my recent Punk'N order and it gave me a bit of a jump over the weekly'ish update I asked my assigned sales person for once I put in the order with the GSM. Now, for fact, we weren't 100% in sync and on track with that, but I was fairly ok with staying connected with the tracker on my own and just checking in for occasional tune ups to make sure the data was good. All and all, everyone I dealt with tried to be helpful even if connecting can be difficult at times, and that's what I really care for.

As I say, I had some update of the build process which was interesting. However, once the build complete / exceed delivery started to flush then I was interested in rail load and unloaded to and from the train? Then, when it got to the railhead, my team kicked it into gear and got it to me (absent an issue with the transport truck which really wasn't the fault AT ALL) darn quick!

It really seems that so much of that is out of their hands in terms of what gets picked and moved through the parking lot at the rail head, but as I say, my team reached out to their factory rep who seemed to have some pull with getting a few things moving my way. So, just sharing a bit about my experience.

Best of luck or "break a leg" if that helps more. Uh, I hadn't heard that in a bit and now wonder if it's still a saying?
