Are you familiar with this order tracking tool:
https://www.jeep.com/trackyourorder.html#/landing

I used it on my recent Punk'N order and it gave me a bit of a jump over the weekly'ish update I asked my assigned sales person for once I put in the order with the GSM. Now, for fact, we weren't 100% in sync and on track with that, but I was fairly ok with staying connected with the tracker on my own and just checking in for occasional tune ups to make sure the data was good. All and all, everyone I dealt with tried to be helpful even if connecting can be difficult at times, and that's what I really care for.

As I say, I had some update of the build process which was interesting. However, once the build complete / exceed delivery started to flush then I was interested in rail load and unloaded to and from the train? Then, when it got to the railhead, my team kicked it into gear and got it to me (absent an issue with the transport truck which really wasn't the fault AT ALL) darn quick!

It really seems that so much of that is out of their hands in terms of what gets picked and moved through the parking lot at the rail head, but as I say, my team reached out to their factory rep who seemed to have some pull with getting a few things moving my way. So, just sharing a bit about my experience.

Best of luck or "break a leg" if that helps more. Uh, I hadn't heard that in a bit and now wonder if it's still a saying?
That's the one I use.

I use that one as well, last update was 9/22. I also use this one (https://jeep-tracker.fly.dev/), though it basically just provides the exact same info.

That said, hard to complain when I see people here and over on the Wrangler forum waiting for far longer than I have been, some since the February timeframe.

Sad to say, but I'd think there would be a few added hiccups that have to work themselves through when trying to getting all workflow processes back in sync post strike.
Oh for sure. Being in the manufacturing industry myself, doing a cold start up must be painful. I feel bad for the poor souls that end up with a vehicle manufactured during this process, mistakes and errors are going to be inevitable as people and equipment get going again. For this reason alone, I feel good about having my order delayed. I just hate this state of perpetual limbo. I mean being "scheduled" you know they have a tentative build date penciled in for my truck (and its probably moved a few times), why not just share that on the tracker. I mean I know why its not appealing for them to do so (they obviously don't want to make that "official" commitment and create any turmoil), but from my perspective as a customer, I'm more concerned about transparency with the status of my order. Establish and communicate attainable data driven dates and if they need to be ultimately shifted out, then move them out; just keep me in the loop. No one wants to be left in the dark for weeks on weeks (or months on months in some cases)

No, its an auto. Wanted the MT, I've almost exclusively driven one for the last 20 years (and it would've added another layer of uniqueness as well as been cheaper), but had to go for the AT for the wife.

I just got an update from my dealer on my Mojave M/T . It now has a date of 11/17. I asked about the recall status and he wasn't sure but it has a ship date. My original date was 9/19 so only a two month delay.

Awesome news!!

I read today on the JL forum that the dealer provided “Ship Date” is really just when it is supposed to go into the next status/milestone. Not sure how accurate this claim is, guess we’ll see. My “ship Date” is 11/13 so we’ll see Monday!

Who actually knows how this whole schedule and tracking thing works anyway. It reminds me of the old Drew Carey show "Who's Line" where the rules are made up and the points don't matter anyway. If what you read is true, the next milestone for us should be "in production", maybe.

It does make me cringe a little that my wife's 2023 JL was in Production on 12/14, Built on 12/16, and shipped on 12/17 and here we are almost a year later waiting on another 2023. We picked hers up on Christmas Eve. That is my goal to beat.

Here is a link to the post where I saw that info. https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/forum/threads/2024-order-waiting-room.110993/post-2519728

Correct, so I'm hoping to see my order flip to "In Production" on Monday, if thats true. My dealer said from that point it should be about 2 weeks until it is in there lot.

Thats crazy, having two 2023's that are a year apart. Sad but funny to think about at the same time. I cringe a bit myself thinking I'm going to have a truck that is instantly a year old, but it is what it is. Only way to get Punk'n!!

Semi on subject, but WHY did they bother updating the 2023 build site on the jeep website? It now has an option for Punk'n and last I checked orders were closed for 2023. So unless they re-opened them, what is the point?
