That's the one I use.Are you familiar with this order tracking tool:
https://www.jeep.com/trackyourorder.html#/landing
I used it on my recent Punk'N order and it gave me a bit of a jump over the weekly'ish update I asked my assigned sales person for once I put in the order with the GSM. Now, for fact, we weren't 100% in sync and on track with that, but I was fairly ok with staying connected with the tracker on my own and just checking in for occasional tune ups to make sure the data was good. All and all, everyone I dealt with tried to be helpful even if connecting can be difficult at times, and that's what I really care for.
As I say, I had some update of the build process which was interesting. However, once the build complete / exceed delivery started to flush then I was interested in rail load and unloaded to and from the train? Then, when it got to the railhead, my team kicked it into gear and got it to me (absent an issue with the transport truck which really wasn't the fault AT ALL) darn quick!
It really seems that so much of that is out of their hands in terms of what gets picked and moved through the parking lot at the rail head, but as I say, my team reached out to their factory rep who seemed to have some pull with getting a few things moving my way. So, just sharing a bit about my experience.
Best of luck or "break a leg" if that helps more. Uh, I hadn't heard that in a bit and now wonder if it's still a saying?
