I'm with OP on this. I have navigation and the radio must be turned on to access the screen. Yes, I get that you can just turn down the volume to not listen to the radio but all the OP was asking was if there was a way, something in the system settings that could keep the screen in, to say, see your climate settings or use navigation. Yes, the volume knob is the work-around. But it's dumb.Guys, how do I do this ?? I know all about hitting mute, and turning the volume down.
I just want to turn the radio off, and still have the screen on but I don't think is possible.

Doesn't matter if it's dumb or not, doesn't matter if you are with the OP on this or not. The answer is still and always no, you need to turn that dial or do what my wife did....choose her phone as input but never launch the music on her phone.
