Your best bet would be to find another vendor to buy from. Way too many stories about ET. Have you tried @Northridge4x4 ?

Yes, I’ve used Northridge with no complaints.
Other than these mystery emails, I’ve never had a problem with ET. Always get items quickly. I posted my concern here to see if others have seen this too. Also tried to contact ET by email but I only had two subject matters to choose from on their site. Both seem to be for order issues and nothing like “other” to choose from.

I just got an email about them implementing military discount that includes veterans
For veterans, you just input your branch, name, birthday and month/year. It was instantaneous. There was a follow up email from sheerID.
5% standard, 10% off some of their brands.
