Well done. I hope you enjoyed it as much as the rest of us.
I did.... Love the banter on whiskey ... beer... etc..

I prefer a quadrapel... st. Bernardus makes a good one... the Trappist monks dont have much else to do... gives them time to do it right.

Most American beers are pretty tasteless... lagers and ales are too light. Germans do pretty good here. Loved me some green monk beer when I was in Wild Chicken (if u
When Im not making my own... Bourbon is my choice. Eagle Rare is nice... prefer a cask run or simgle barrel... Jack does a good Single Barrel... no Jim... kinda falls flat for me.

I basically make rum.... dark brown sugar and molasses. But once u hit 90% it doesnt really matter... drop a few maraschinno cherries in it and call it a day

Hello, my new best friend - you make rum.....
I used to brew a lot, but that was when I had time. Loved making Triples, had good luck with some kolsch, a few porters etc.. Made plenty of wine from the grapes and some great mead, even a mead with a touch of my own maple syrup.
My wife has only ever said no to two things, no still and no bull riding. So I don't make rum. Tried doing some ice distilling with a batch of black strap but it was never right.
Last count was 38 different bottles of rum, plus 8 bottles of Pussers. That sounds light, might need to go buy some.......

Oh, and Ace never got in trouble for T&A. I think that it was my fault. We it up a snowflake pretty hard. I mean he literally asked for it.
