If Shadowspapa’s condition weren’t so serious, I would propose a bunch of us caravan up there, and put on a show of support! Like they have where the classic cars ride through a hospital or nursing home parking lot. In all seriousness, I wish him the best, and hope he shows them, “We don need no stinking gall bladder!”

Would be so cool to look out and see Jeeps of all sorts and configurations.
There's always a Memorial Day parade of antique tractors going by to stop at the local cemeteries.
Home now. Dr ordered more blood tests for liver function, multiple types of PSA tests and in a month or so the wonderful colonoscopy. Ugh. He talked like the surgery may have taken so long (25 minutes compared to mine at 2 1/2 hours) due to gall bladder having hardened and adhered to the liver.

I had mine done in an imaging center, independent of the hospital.
I keep saying that I'm gonna go back one of these days and walk in with a bag of fast food, sit down, and start eating.
When some of the other victims in the waiting area ask me, and they will, I'm going to say that I paid the $50 extra for the no prep upgrade, and I'm getting my money's worth!
