Jeep Wave postive story

Ok so I know every story you hear is how horrible Jeep Wave is......I wanted to post a positive story! So apparently my Jeep Wave expired 3 months ago and I still had 1 free oil change and 1 free tire rotation left so after getting my injection pump replaced under recall I asked for my oil change and tire rotation. My service advisor explained it had expired but suggested I called Jeep wave and explained the situation. I did and got a lady named Sue who was super friendly and super helpful she pulled up my information on my Gladiator and asked me to send receipt for oil change and tire rotation which I did. Tonight 4 days later she called and told me the check went out in the mail and thanked me for being a Jeep customer!!! Kudos to Sue kinda renews my faith in Jeep wave!!
