Tonneau cover dimensions

We are developing our bed rack system with the goal of being compatible with most tonneau covers on the market.
Can you share with us the dimensions of the tonneau cover you are using? We need the length, width and height after closing
I've ordered the Bak X4s, they haven't arrived yet, and we also have the OEM Mopar hard tri-fold.
So we can get the dimensions of these two covers, but obviously we can't buy all the covers on the market, I tried searching online but only got very few measurements.
No need to PM, maybe these measurements can help other members too, I will also post the data we got after we take the measurements, if I missed any information please let me know.

I have the Bestop EZ-Roll Soft Tonneau Cover. https://www.bestop.com/products/ez-roll-soft-tonneau-cover-jeep-2020-2022-gladiator/ I am very happy with it.

I haven't measured it, but it fits like a glove. Here are some stock photos of the fitment:

Installed our X4s yesterday and love it!
I love the sound of it closing, it's crisp, and it looks clean!
I will measure it later and I think it is smaller in width than I thought.

It does indeed cover the edges. Another rack company that is quite popular has made adapter brackets to work with their racks....so it is do-able. I am just not the biggest fan of their racks that work with the brackets.

I have done some research and I roughly know which brands you are referring to. It seems that the mainstream solution now is to use a C-shaped or L-shaped base. We have some crazy ideas...
It should be a form that has never appeared in the market. I will release it and discuss it with you when we have completed more.

Hey Chad, I've seen your racks, they're pretty cool, and I love your pictures! (Especially the silver Gladi Rubicon with red and black accents in the dead woods, I used it as my desktop background for a while LOL)
I've seen a lot of bed rack brands try to solve this problem, basically trying to get the rack to extend into the bed by going around the edge of the lid. We're trying a crazy idea that's not on the market (at least I haven't seen anyone else do it) and if it works, it should solve most compatibility issues.

Yes sir, you are the company I am speaking of. And I agree, a different cover would be the easiest solution, but I love how the mopar one matches my soft top and I like the over hang of the cover… it keeps everything super dry.

if you like the CXR, the tuxedo Pro X 15 cover is a cheap, and great option for compatibility.
