The Uconnect Access app was on it but not running. It is now deleted. I think it was there from when I bought my truck nine years ago and was nothing to do with my Jeep. I deleted the Jeep app a while ago. I have SiriusXM on my phone, but it was not running.
That's radio only and has no impact on anything. In fact, the two parts of Sirius don't even talk to each other. You get a curt "that's not us that's the other people" if you ask the wrong side of Sirius the wrong question.
Telematics data is uploaded for Jeeps use in research, product development, and whatever else they want it for. The reports back from Jeep are only supposed to arrive if you are paying for the Guardian subscription. When the head unit has a cellular connection, it uploads data to the servers. Jeep does not actively track anyone. The Guardian people can, but they are not supposed to unless requested.
I did canceled the Guardian sub after just a few days of ownership in 03/2021, but the app continued to displaying my mileage until 01/2023.
It comes with a one year trial subscription. I don't know if they will actually cancel those, or just flag the account so they don't bother you to renew.
They did gave me a hard time when i called in to cancel. They finally gave in when i told them that I didn't signed up for this service and want it disable. I did verified in the app that it was inactive next day.
