Make more useful and simple designed products. Believe or not most of us don't want our Jeeps looking like AI generated bull shit mobiles for a Bollywood rip off movie of aliens vs predators. I do like that your one of the few manufacturers for a dual swing out bumper on a gladiator. Except it weighs a butt ton and your trying to sell to people with mid size pickups that have very limited payload. Not everything needs to plate steel, especially when the standard wrinkle black coating your products come with fails and corrodes in months. lighter tubing, more clearance, less plate, a better coating. If ya'll spent half as much time designing the next iteration of the angry grill as you did on actual functional bumpers, skids, fenders, etc. you'd be up there with Rugged Ridge.

Check your inbox.
Excellent customer service. I will gladly pay more if I know if there's a problem, knowing things will be addressed instead of a form response or none at all.

It took only 3 emails over 2 days to resolve my Thule Tepui Basin tent issue. If I bought the bargain basement AMZN version, I doubt I'd have a new tent shipped to me to replace their production process-induced problem.

While I understand there's a lot of people that like the add-on parts that don't offer function, my suggestion is to have 2 companies targeting each market.

Just went to the website since I'm in the market for rock sliders. You have a number of "side steps/nerf bars" and one "rock slider rocker guard" - but I can't see any difference in how these products attach to the vehicle. A rock slider needs to be able to take a hit and three points of attachment over that long a distance isn't going to cut it. Either the tube is so thick and heavy that it can take a serious hit and/or be used as a jack point at that weakest spot farthest from the mounting brackets, or it's going to flex into the body and cause damage. The worst case scenario is it ends up damaging all the mounting points at the same time.

.06" thick tube doesn't sound like any more than a cosmetic part. Nothing in the spec about the type of steel used, is it DOM tube, or anything else.

When I see that marketed as a "slider" it makes me question every other product and whether it will hold up or not.

I’ve never purchased a product from you.
I do have a bachelors in marketing and have been a retail manager for over 15 years.

I can say that in my searches for several metal addons, bumpers, roll bars etc…
The coating and rust is a serious concern.
no one wants to spend 500-2000$ and have it turn into a pile of rust.
warranties aside…the time and labor of removing it and reinstalling it is a bigger cost.

as Chris Farley once said in a great movie “I can take a shit in a box and guarantee it, but you still have a box of shit.”

make a product that people talk about, because of how awesome it is. The rest will take care of itself. When a customer has a problem, treat them like your only customer.
manage the customers expectations versus the realities of your products. Then they won’t be disappointed.
make install videos they can easily find on youtube(bonus you make money off those videos as well).
treat your customers well, provide top tier products and legendary customer service and you won’t regret it .

I’d happily pay 1000$ plus for a roll bar if I knew it was well backed and would never rust.

I have the mid height bed rack and besides it being a million bolts to put together I’m happy with it. I wanted something that wouldn’t break the bank and it cost $460 shipped to me where a lot of other companies are selling theres for $1k plus and all I need it for is mounting my tent.

Thank you for your suggestion.
This is exactly what we are working on!
In order to solve the rust problem, we are gradually replacing all steel fender liners with aluminum fender liners.
We will continue to improve other products

I’d love to see more bumper options. I want to replace both stock plastic bumpers on my ‘24 Mojave, but I want to keep the factory tow hooks for aesthetic reasons. I like that you have just released aluminum bumpers and would probably purchase front and rear if they allowed me to reuse the factory tow hooks. I would also like to see more durable options for nerf bars. If you were able to utilize the factory rock rail mounting points and hardware rather than 3 brackets per side, the vehicle would be much better protected while the side steps would be more durable. I would even be willing to provide my factory rock rails and hardware if needed for your team to use in working on a design like that.
A better coating or option to purchase “raw” and have powder coated would probably be something that would help immensely as well.

Image is of the Hooke Road nerf bar I have installed.

BUYER BEWARE...
@Hooke Road® packaging is atrocious, boxes disintegrating, and taped over with packing tape (definitely not postal mishandling). If you receive damaged items, which I am seeing more and more cases across the forums, they will tell you 'it shouldn't be a big deal' and to just 'repaint it' with spray paint, even thought the finish of the bumper is textured and semi-gloss. If you ask to return the item, as it states on their website you can, and on the box ('Please keep for 30 days in case of return' in large font), they will ignore the request and offer a measly refund at a fraction of what it would cost a body shop to fix the damage. If you push back, after weeks of back and forth, they may actually agree to send you a replacement of the damaged part. For some reason, this part has to come from China and not the warehouse where the bumper was originally shipped. Regardless, they will then most certainly ghost you and completely disappear. 3 weeks now, no response, no replacement that was promised, just a damaged $500 bumper and an open case with the payment processor.

My feedback for the purpose of this thread: Stand behind your product by making things right for your customer, instead of insisting they correct an issue that they most certainly did not create. Don't lie about your non-existent return policy, respond to emails and follow through on your commitments as a business.

Recently installed your fender liners. No issues with them but it would be great if you made a set that didn’t have any lettering or company logos on them.
