Simple math-
Two normal people have a kid 1 x 1 = 1
Two smarter than average people 1.1 x 1.1 = 1.21
Two less smart people .9 x .9 = .81
My math says that since the 70's we can now add another generation to that equation
.81 x .81 = .66
