2021' with magnuson.. crazy noisy ticking

Just bought this gladiator with magnuson already installed.. kindly of a dumb decision since it only has 41,000 miles on it, which voided warranty(jeep dealer refuses to work on it )
Has a really loud ticking noise especially when accelerating from 0- 20.. anyone experience this?

Probably the pentastar tick…you probably need new rocker arms, or some of them, maybe new cams…

1 more question... dealer has a 6000 miles warranty on powertrain..im at 5000.. should that be covered I wonder? Yes I am a girl and I don't know much about these things. What should I tell a shop that's may be wrong with it???

Was it a Jeep dealer that sold you the Gladiator and provided the warranty?

Is it the same dealer you said voided warranty and refused to work on it in your first post?

No, this was a used vehicle dealer I bought it from.

Ok, so the used vehicle dealer provided the warranty.

I'd ask them what you should do.

As stated many times here that tick could be a failing lifter that will eventually get worse and eat a camshaft. I would get it noted and documented by a Jeep dealer before you get any closer to the 6000 mile limit. Let the selling dealer know about the findings. . Any repair will be expensive. Good luck.
