I just bought my Rubicon and it came on a really nice set of 305/65r18 Nitto Recon Graplers on Fuel Vector wheels. Since I daily my truck on windy GA mountain roads they're just not my thing so I'm considering downsizing to a set of Rubicon or Mojave take offs or similar.

If anyone is interested in working out some type of trade let me know. As far as I can tell they're basically brand new, but the dealer wasn't sure.

If this isn't allowed in this section I apologize, mods please let me know where to post or delete.

I'd recommend the marketplace area down below. I'm sure someone out there wants to trade that's hopefully close enough.

How many miles on the tires. I have a 2024 Mojave with the 33" Falken Wildpeak. Truck was bought in October and has 1800 miles. Never off-road. I'm located about an hour from Chattanooga.

I did that using the local Jeep club on Facebook
and quickly worked out an agreeable trade.
We met at a tire shop halfway and swapped out wheels and tires.
Be aware that you should both be on the same side of June 2021.
If not, the TPMS sensors should be swapped out as well.

Oh wow, thanks for the tip on the TPMS sensors!

Here's a few pics of the wheels/tires for any interested. (Also, I apologize they aren't clean, I both live and work up dirt roads, which is a large part of why I don't love these wheels, it's going to be impossible to keep my truck even remotely clean).

That was my other objection to the 35s.
First time I got cow poop in my ear
I added fender flare extensions
and the largest RokBlokx mud flaps offered.
Probably don't need them now with OEM wheels.

My first objection,
being vertically challenged,
was to make it easier for me to get in and out
and reach into the bed.

I don't know how many miles are on the tires unfortunately, they came on the truck and the dealership said they didn't put them on. They looked brand new to me, even had yellow markings on the tread side and all the little hairs new tires have.

I've put about 300 miles on the truck so far because it was a couple hours drive away for me to buy. My daily commute is only about 15 miles, so I won't be adding more quickly.

Thanks. Message me if you're interested in trading. I was really thinking about 37s but hate to take the hit in mileage. My wheels and tires are basically new.

Actually, I thought I read that you had 35s, but 305/65r18s are actually 33x12x18, which are about the same size as my 285/70r17, so trading me would do you no good.

To the OP, so you know, factory Rubicon wheels are 17" and the tires are considered 33".

Your 35's measure 33", you're not stepping down much.

Yep. That's what I said I'm my previous post. Unless he's looking for stock Sport tires, which are 31s, he might as well stick with his 33s. I had a loaner from the dealer that had 31s and was amazed at how much more responsive it was.

Thanks for pointing that out! Once again I shouldn't trust what the dealership tells me, I didn't even think to look it up.

The width and offset on these is still much wider than my preference, I'd also prefer a 17" wheel for the cushier side wall. I do love the look of the wheels themselves, but I've never been a fan of the poked out look.
