18K??? Seriously? Most people with problems do NOT post on forums. It also could be that you had trouble and so did a few other people, and you went to a forum to discuss it were nobody post mine started today and ran perfectly. That has been my experience so far. 18k nothing happened no warning lights zero issues. Go to the issues recalled part and you see lots of post there sure. But people only post there if they have problems and while it might make you feel better that other people are sharing you misery, I would say that is the exception not the rule.
My Mojave lost a cam at 64K, Now at 72K P0171. Meanwhile my 180K 2002 4.7 GC needs nothing. It has had zero failures or breakdowns. That shows what kind of quality jeep engineers and workers produce given a chance.
Tevares focus on "efficiency" is reflected in product quality. I think his idea of efficiency was how to get more money in his pockets regardless of the consequences.
Chrysler has been down this road before, back in the early 80s.
Engineers and workers can only do so much to compensate for CEO greed opps, I mean effeciency.
