LOL - funny you should say that - I was looking over the Mojave hood and thinking of the fully functional factory ram air my 70 Javelin had and was wondering.......... it would be a royal pain on a 3.6, but I've seen worse done. Would be fun to make it functional. It's functional on the 392 .....it's too bad they didn't make it functional on the Mojave.
The Javelin had a vacuum motor - hit the accelerator, manifold vacuum dropped like a rock and that ram air hood flapper opened up letting cold air in at highway or track speeds. It worked.
But for these, you'd have to really come up with some duct work to make it functional. and then I ask myself as reality sinks back in - - WHY? It's a 3.6 in a JEEP, not a race vehicle.
