New 25 here. Has anyone experienced the passenger side vents blowing hot. Like as hot as it goes? Tried changing temperature on screen and on hvac control panel. No change. Blows hot on all vent positions such as face, feet, defrost. Definitely seems like a blend door issue or software calibration

Definetly agree,
Looks like a trip to the dealer unless you have Jscan, you could at least operate the side affected.

I just went thru the opposite on my JT, but it might be related. On the driver's side, I could only get cold air. If you are lucky, it's just the blend door actuator which is a fast and easy fix at the dealer. I was not quite this lucky, and it went thru the following (which did fix it, by the way):

Here is the description of the fix they applied. Took about 2 days.
Installed 68301864AA :SEAL KIT: A/C AND HEATER UNIT Installed 68541153AA :HOUSING: DISTRIBUTION recovered freon, removed lower dash, removed hvac
housing, swapped heater core and evaporator core into the new hvac housing. installed hvac
housing, installed dash, charged freon and replaced lost fluids

Anyway, it all works now. (Still clicks on occasion, but not willing for a full dash removal to track it down)

Don't panic until you talk to your service team. The actuator is just panel or two. Even my longer repair above was accomplished from below without a full dash removal.
