Could use some suggestions.
I intend on running with 33” BFG KO3
As I heard 35 isn’t very good with the factory Texas trail gearing.

Also don’t want to get any worst in terms of MPG.

So what lift kit suggestion do you fellas recommends?

I have a stock 2025 Gladiator Texas Trail

If you don't plan on going higher than 33s, I'd just get a 1.5" leveling kit.. unless you plan on doing serious off roading

Yea I am not looking to deck it all out and what not.
Just 33s and that should suffice
It will be a pavement princess anyways lol

Lift and even slightly larger tires will hurt mpg, but shouldn't be too bad. For 33s you don't even need to lift it though. The AEV 2" spacer kit is one of the more complete spacer kits on the market and worked well on my mojave. Personally if I was sticking with 33s I'd just upgrade the shocks for a set of bilstein 5100s to get a little more flex out of it and can it a day.
