Anyone tried installing the oem subwoofer and amplifier to their gladiator?

Did you tap into the B-pillar wires like in the TrailSeven video? If so, did you have any issue?

I've got the HS10 sitting in the garage until I have time to run wires, but what's in the B-pillar is decently different in my 2025. For one, instead of a taped bundle of wire, mine seem to be restrained in a raceway. Looks harder to unwrap (impossible to re-wrap), and I see some people saying the colors changed for 24-25.

I can't speak for the colors, but my '22 has the B-pillar wires ran inside a plastic raceway like yours. I plan to just cut the fabric tape holding the wires in place, pull them out, splice in, then tuck them back and put some small zip ties around the raceway to hold the wires back in.

As for the OP, doing something like the Kicker Hideaway 8 or 10 may be the easiest route. My 10" just arrived yesterday. You'll get more control over it than the factory woofer and you won't have to chase down any harnesses or plastic interior panels.

The kicker hs8 and hs10 use the same wiring harness the wattage is nearly the same I bought both of them hooked them both up and they sound very similar so I kept the hs8

I went with the 10" just because the sale prices at the time were close enough to take the slight upgrade.
I've seen a couple of reviews lately claiming an el-cheapo Rockville "800" sounds better. I might throw one in my amazon cart to watch the price. The power and ground cables I'm running would actually support both at once anyway. (The "800" is peak, it's really only like 200).

Did you do the speakers in the dash or sound bar. Did kicker hs8 with kickers in dash and bar . Sounds great .

I did 6 out of the 8. Skipped the "knee" speakers.
Drove one day with only the new dash speakers and it was a notable improvement. With all 6 it was enough of an improvement it made me consider tearing the dash apart to do the knees too.
