“Marketing Communications” on the big screen every time I start my Glad

It goes off after a moment if I wait on it, or click the X to turn it off. I googled this issue and it’s been all over the internet for a few years. Searched here and didn’t see a discussion. Is there a solution? I looked all over my Jeep app on my phone, and all over my Jeep account on-line, and didn’t see any opt out. My Glad is 5 weeks old and I’m not subscribing to Sirius.

What marketing?
You have 6 months free from the day you buy it, Sirius won't be trying to sell anything yet.
I've seen JEEP marketing on there, but it went away after 2 or 3 days and hasn't come back. But I've never had Sirius display any marketing in the first weeks or months since you already have it on a trial basis.
Any details as to what it's trying to get you to buy?

I just mentioned Sirius because it was vaguely mentioned elsewhere on line. Stellantis is hawking Mopar parts and accessories in a full screen ad every time I get in now that I’ve owned it a month.

Google it. It’s been all over the internet for several years. It was Mopar warranties a few years ago.

Must be selective or targeted marketing - I've only ever seen an ad for their off-road maps or something like that. Never seen any ads for warranties or accessories. In fact, not in any Jeep we've bought.
I've just not seen it, neither has my wife as she'd let me know right away.
So, I guess I can't say what's going on or why.

Well, they are real. I bought a new 2024 and no ads. Traded after a year for a 2025, and then the ads started a few weeks later (very recently). It doesn’t happen all the time. You can google it. There is online discussion about it going back several years.

Definitely real. I wonder if the dealer could stop it if I informed them that I'm one of those people who refuses to buy things from intrusive ads. Even if the gear were awesome, I would find a competitor instead of funding those ads.

No one is saying it doesn't happen, just that it's not happening to all, and I'd guess, not even to most. I suggest it's a targeted few, amplified by the internet gripes

If I get it again, I'll try to remember, but I'm from a generation that didn't grow up taking pictures of everything so I often forget I have a camera on me!

Mine was just text, something like "make your experience better with genuine mopar parts! call ###-###-####"

Maybe the dealer had checked the marketing ad box when registered you to the truck.
