Lift kit? - man , I’m overwhelmed

I'm in(was) is same boat. I went with the AEV 2", geo brackets, 37s and 4:88s. Love the setup. One day, I plan to go 3-1/2", but would swap the shocks out, add arms, etc. Before the AEV, the 35s I had fit fine.

I went with the AEV 2” spacer lift so I could keep the Mojave suspension. I also added Falken wildpeak RT01 in 35x11.5 so I could use my stock wheels. The two changes together did make the ride slightly more rigid but I like it because it doesn’t float around as much as it used to. It also eliminated the leftward drift I had.

I put the same kit on my 24 Mojave as well as well as the Geo correction brackets .I'm still on the stock wheels and tires until i figure out what I'm leaning towards tire wise. Seems to be as good as stock.

Thanks for all the reply’s. I’m leaning slightly towards the MOPAR 2” w/ bilstein resevoir shocks. Add track bars and front sway disconnects. Not 100% yet. Got new Falkland 35-11.50/17’s today. Any input on ride quality with those shocks?

They will ride a hair firmer than factory shocks on road, but you will have a better feel with them off road. It’s a trade off, but a good one.

What trails have you done or want to here in the state? With the high fenders and the 35's I think you'll be fine most of the time. I don't even have the high fenders and haven't run into many issues that I feel I need them. The Mojave suspension is considered by most to be the best so not sure why you would want to get rid of it and basically take pretty much what makes it what it is.

We do mostly trails in Colorado , generally around Ouray. On the more difficult ones , Mineral Creek , Poukeepsie , Imogene, I scraped more than I would like. Mostly on the Rock Hard rails. No damage. Occasionally had one rear wheel air borne. Mainly I don’t want to stuff a tire in the wheel well. Original Fox shock have 35k miles on them , and feel like they’re gIrving up a little anyway.Charlie F

Having driven a few rubicons vs mohaves, I'm not a huge fan of the rubicon stock suspension (just a bit too soft and rolling on road), but like the stock Mohave one.

With the Mopar Bilstein, it feels MUCH closer to the Mohave, imho. Maybe a bit worse on road, but definitely feel better off-road. That said, I mainly do back/dirt roads and firetrails. I'd argue it's not QUITE as smooth doing rocks, but again.. they're not our usual run of the mill. (Because, as my DD, I really don't wanna screw anything up too bad.. )

I'm happy with Mopar lift and Apex disconnects on my sport S. stayed with 33" tires as I tow small trailer. Eibach spent some time w me on phone and I'm happy w results in shock choice, plenty of travel.
we do mostly fire roads and trails, a little rock crawling sometimes when trail is washed out. rides great on the road.
