I sure you're familiar with the standard advise to part out upgrades where possible and sell separately to maximize value, though from your situation i'm guessing you're short on time... however, i really suggest putting your rear seats back in at the very least if you still have them. A rear seat delete more than any modification i can think of really narrows your customer base.
