I’d be happy to be your guinea pig for a test fit.

Fronts are about 5-1/4 inches apart and rears are about 6-3/8 inches apart for the JL and 24+ Gladiator.

What do you see on yours?

I measured 6-1/2 on the front and 7-1/4 on the rear.
the rear are the two bolts in line with the speaker bar, closer to the front seats.
there is a 3rd bolt further to the rear where the roll cage starts to curve down.
the front bolt and the cage trim seam line up between the speaker bolts.

Thank you for sharing!!

That is not likely to work with the current design as we had anticipated, regarding the rear seat bottom mount for pre- 2024.

Once we get the current design produced and moving, we will look into a new design for the rear on pre-2024 if there is a strong demand that uses the top mount factory points.

If you offered a rear option for 2020-2023 models that fit like these and maintained the ability to work with the stock soft top I would be in for a set for sure.

I have ordered a pair for my 22 JT. Hopefully I will have my Jeep back from the shop before they arrive.

Oh, and thank you for the discount code.

@NXTGENAutomotive - in placing an order for the presale - why does your checkout process add sales tax for shipment to New Hampshire, a no sales tax state?

A very sincere thank you to everyone who has ordered our new Cross Terrain magnetic handle pre-order so far.

We set aside a few hundred sets before launching the handles next week and so far we have only listed these exclusively on the JT and JL forums, along with a 10% off discount code.

This discount code will also work on all of our website products. We are looking to start shipping handles next week and supplies for the discounted pre-sale are limited. If you have not ordered and you want to, there is still some availability. Please use the coupon code PRESALE10

Just a quick reminder, the pre-release discount for our awesome new Cross Terrain handles is through October 6th and ends tonight. The official release and shipping will be at the end of the week. If you have not gotten them with the discount, now is the last chance while supplies last.

The discount can also apply to our mirrors and steps!!

Hi Jeepers,

We shipped out all of the pre-orders the afternoon of October 7, one day ahead of schedule. Some are probably delivered across the West and the others should be delivered soon.

We sincerely appreciate all of your support and we hope you love the new handles.

Our pre-release was exclusively for the forums. When you get them, we’d love to hear your feedback!!!

@NXTGENAutomotive - I installed the NXTGEN grab handle in the drives rear of my 2022 Gladiator just to see if they would work. I believe they will but they did cause the plastic trim to start to bow and separate.

I noticed the same when I experimented with the handles in the rear of my ‘20 JT… looks like it needs a spacer to eliminate the gap.

@ssrlewis @Gatorized

Very interesting, thank you for sharing!

On your models, the OE mounting point is actually on top of the sport bar for the rears. Do you find the lower spot has a solid feel screwed into it?

The hole spacing is also much wider so it is not going to hang to our intended drop amount.

While we can't market it for this pre 2024 rear mount, as it isn't a true custom designed fit, it is a cool DIY if it feels solid.

Maybe if you remove the handles and epoxy those trim pieces at that joint, it won't separate or bow there anymore.

The front and rear have a very similar drop when installed. and rear feels as solid as the front. I would think a spacer/shim to prevent the trim from compressing would eliminate the gap. Maybe a longer screw might be needed with the shim.
