Gladiator under seat storage? From factory?

I was looking at pics a moment ago and saw someone had the sparkley looking rubber mat things in their under seat storage (like thats in the console etc).
Do those come from the factory in the underseat? If so, I have noticed any in mine.

I think I was looking at the lockable under seat box. I’m guessing not all come with that one.

Nope, that was included with the cargo management option.

I'm gonna get some 2" closed cell gun case foam and see if I can cut it to fit the bottom of the underseat storage like in a Pelican case. Perfect place for a rifle or shotgun, and lockable too..Hunting season starts in a couple weeks and I can't wait to take my new rig up to camp.

Is underseat lockable even if you don’t have the storage box?

This is the standard underseat storage. The rear seat backs lock, but not the bottoms.

This is the optional "Lockable" underseat storage bin included with the Cargo Management Group .

I saw the keyholes by the head rests and assumed they locked the seats down. Just got the rig a few days ago so I could be mistaken.

The back seat and the center console both lock

I had the lockable storage and replaced it with the open bin. The lockable storage compartment is too small for my needs. I suppose it might stop casual theft if the doors or top are off but it wasn't very useful for me and I don't keep anything valuable in my Jeep. I might get around to selling it some day.

I find open is best for floor space. I was able to put a 32 slice pizza (rectangle) back there on the floor with ease.

The raised floor mats too make it difficult and uneven at times for groceries.

Oh well, jeep life
