You win the prize!

Thanks. Houston Auto Show? I want to go, but am stuck in a conference room downtown.
Yes sir. Light crowd especially vs the weekend. Up on a platform but the show staff were happy to answer questions. This one is the Rubicon gladiator with a rubi wrangler to climb in just next to the platform.

Very nice. Thank you.
Does anyone know if this will accommodate the slide in camper from Alu-Cab called the Khaya now that we know the bed dimensions and height?
I am at work and can’t access the Alu-cab website.

So, there's only one there and it's not really accessible for attendees to climb through and check out?

The US distributor I believe said that as soon as the dimensions were available they would be working with Alu-Cab to make their products available for the Gladiator truck.

Correct. Media is getting in and out but attendees are not allowed on the platform.
That sucks. I was thinking about running down there to check it out up close and answer some questions I have. Thanks for the info! Saved me a trip.

Bed depth not bad at all, especially because the JT is not meant to be a construction truck.

Dying to ask a Jeep engineer why the 3.6 power is still underpowered compared to other modern V6s of the same size?!? I can only assume the 3.6 average output is meant for reliability.

This will create a market for a 17 inch refrigerator. I think most of what I have will fit under a tonneau, but none of the fridges I have looked at will.

This. A million times this. I sincerely hope a 17" tall low power, highly efficient fridge is developed. Preferably from dometic or Engel. This really has been my only concern with the bed height. Really the truck at all aside from cost.

I will look into that. Thank you. Efficiency is my main concern. Being out for days art a time, power drain is important.

I think the ARB Elements is better and it will still fit it is also more expensive.
