Ordered my Granite Crystal LE on 4-3-19, no VIN yet, still waiting...

Remember, they are producing the pre-spec and non LE GC's before the LE's go into production on 7/8. For a while now I've been told the earliest I would see mine is 8/10 with a likely delivery date of 8/20-9/15, but it could go further. I am road tripping mine to CO in October for a trip so as long as I have it by then I'm good.

@MadManMoheenid - I called the Concierge again today. Granite LE’s begin production at the end of June. I call once a week to check on my status and it hasn’t changed from C Status for a very long time. So hopefully this will help with the wait...a little. I also asked if LE’s are going before the other Granites and she said yes but we shall see.

I call once a week to check on my status and it hasn’t changed from C Status for a very long time. So hopefully this will help with the wait...a little. If LEs were to go into production the end of the month, as well as before non-LE granites, the Granite LEs should be assigned VINs/D status by now. While I hope that's true, I'm not holding my breath since we are hopelessly in C hell.

The list that was produced that has been right so far shows Granite LE's going into production after prespec and custom order Granite. 7/8 is the day us GC LE people get started so we should see a vin in about 2-2.5 weeks. Jeep has been pretty consistent with that info all along.

Yeah, I'm curious how many people that ordered their LE, in Granite Crystal, would have gone with a different color if they knew how long it was going to take to receive them. It didn't say "late availability" on the Gladiator site when we ordered.

My dealer told me expect Granite later, probably delivered in August, when I ordered. I've been tempted to switch but held my ground. Looking like his delivery date will likely hold true. Doesn't make the waiting any easier...

There were some that went with a different color after learning about the late availability, but I for one am happy I didn’t. I get inpatient, but then I see a GC JL riding around and get excited every time. I am just fine waiting.

Picking it up next Wednesday.
